Overnight Boarding

Spacious Private Suites with Outdoor Access: Every guest enjoys their own cosy indoor suite complete with a private, secure outdoor terrace, giving them room to stretch, air out, and relax on their terms.
Same-Household Companions Welcome: Multi-dog families can stay comfortably together. Our generous suite layouts comfortably accommodate three dogs from the same household.
Individual 1:1 Care: Daily schedules matched to your dog's home routine, including tailored solo walks, dedicated play sessions, and calm 1:1 attention.
Zero Forced Group Mixing: Complete safety and peace of mind knowing your dog will never be forced into large groups or mixed with unfamiliar dogs without permission.

Day Care

1:1 Solo Walks: Private individual walks, all dogs are walked solo unless from the same household.
Daily Enrichment Experiences: Every guest receives tailored daily enrichment designed to stimulate their mind, build confidence, and keep boredom at bay.
Rest & Regulation: Private kennel suites for uninterrupted nap time and meals, preventing overstimulation. Great for dogs to rest throughout the day and regulate

How it Works For Non-Local Visitors

Easy Digital Pre-Check

We know travelling from afar makes an advance trial visit impossible. We have streamlined our intake process so non-local dogs can stay safely and comfortably:

• To maintain your dog's health and welfare during their stay, a detailed questionnaire must be completed prior to your visit to confirm suitability for either boarding or day care

• Complete our online care form detailing your dogs routine, dietary needs and medical history

• Upload/send over proof of up to date vaccination records

Check-in & Check-out Times

Overnight boarding: Drop-off time is flexible (needs to be agreed ahead).

Pick up times for overnight boarding are between 10:00– 11:00am (do not incur that day's charge) outside of these hours pick up is flexible and charged a night's rate.

Daycare: Flexible drop-off/pick-up (timings need to be agreed ahead).

Arrival

Dogs remain your responsibility until checked in at reception.
Please ensure your dog wears a collar with a name tag and your contact number.
Off-site, your dog will wear an ID tag with our details.

Health & Vaccinations

Up-to-date vaccinations or valid titre testing are mandatory (Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza). If titre testing, this does not cover Leptospirosis, a vaccination is required for this.
Kennel Cough vaccines are mandatory (would need to be done at least 2 weeks prior to be effective).
Dogs must be treated for fleas, ticks, and worms.

Food & Treats

Please bring enough of your dog's usual food and treats.
If not provided, a £2/day feeding charge will apply.
Any additional food required will be charged at cost.

Veterinary Care

Pre-existing health issues must be declared.
We reserve the right to refuse dogs that are not fit for boarding.
In case of illness or emergency: We will attempt to use your vet (if local). Otherwise, we use Glenthornes Veterinary Practice in Uttoxeter.
The owner must cover all vet costs and related travel expenses.

Bedding & Toys

We provide plastic beds with vet bedding and blankets.
You are welcome to bring your own, but we cannot take responsibility for damage or loss.

Security

Our premises are monitored by CCTV at all times. Footage is for internal use only.

Our Alton Towers service is designed specifically for short-stay visitors we use a detailed pre-stay online assessment rather than our standard in-person introduction. The service is designed to make your Alton Towers visit as easy and stress free as possible, as well as make sure your dog is comfortable and settled from the moment they arrive.

All bookings are subject to availability and suitability. Once your pre-stay assessment has been submitted, we will carefully review your dogs individual needs to ensure we're able to provide a safe, comfortable and enjoyable stay before confirming your booking.

Existing bookings are always price-protected.

Grooming

For full-haircuts, breed-standard styling, handstripping, brushing, de-shedding, nail trimming, ear cleaning, professional teeth cleaning and specialised clips, you can book a session with one of our professional & qualified groomers.

Bath & Blow

Want your dog to come home smelling super fresh? Add-on our bath & blow for just £20 (does not include brushing), this is free of charge for stays of 2 weeks or more.

Premium Enrichment

On top of other enrichment, we are offering extras to keep your pooches busy, which help to release calming hormones; large fully-loaded lickimatts & stuffed kongs with gourmet ingredients.

Upgrade your pet's stay, for any dog who loves a bit of extra comfort, our medical-grade orthopaedic memory foam beds are a no brainer! £3 per day.

Natural Chews

We offer natural options like cow hooves, antlers, olive wood and buffalo horns for safe chewing.

Paw & Nose Balm Treatment

Using a botanical balm massaged into their paws and nose, to moisturise cracked & dry areas overnight. £6 per treatment, a course of treatment can be carried out daily.
